'Demon, demon,' man repeatedly chanted after killing his girlfriend, charges say

Police found a woman’s body with shotgun wounds and numerous sharp force injuries early Sunday morning in the bedroom of the St. Paul apartment she shared with her boyfriend.

Her boyfriend grasped a knife and chanted “demon, demon” before authorities subdued him, according to a complaint filed in Ramsey County District Court.
