Suspect identified in woman's St. Paul stabbing death

St. Paul police have identified the man they arrested for allegedly killing a woman Tuesday afternoon in a Frogtown apartment.
Htoo Day, 61, was booked into Ramsey County jail on suspicion of homicide for the stabbing death in an apartment complex at 195 West Edmund Ave.
