Bemidji Pioneer: Accused assault accomplice pleads not guilty

BEMDIJI—A Bemidji man charged with a felony after an incident involving gunshots outside of a gas station pleaded not guilty to aiding and abetting second-degree assault Monday.
Kevin Robertson, 31, was charged along with Andy Tillotson, 35, Deavion Ladell Beasley, 24 and Andre Lamar Beasley, 46, after Beltrami County deputies received a 911 call reporting gunshots at Pete's Place West on Oct. 5.
