BEMIDJI -- Two men were charged with felonies this week after allegedly arranging to meet and have sex with undercover officers they thought were children.

Timothy Paul Caird, 62, of Akeley and Devyn John Bockwitz, 35, of Bemidji were arrested on Saturday and Monday, respectively, after they were caught in online stings, according to court documents.
