The Red Lake School District #38 is seeking a HEAD VARSITY BASEBALL COACH.

Qualifications:

Have a strong knowledge of baseball, including; strategies, rules, and methods of the sport. Have a knowledge of different types of equipment used, physical fitness, and safety rules. Has an interest in working with youth.

Primary Duties:

1. Coach and lead the varsity baseball team.

2. Engage all members of the team in strength training and conditioning, practices, competing, and scheduling.

3. Recruit students onto the baseball team.

4. Promote the baseball program

5. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the school district.
