Garrigan retires from Northern Engineering & Consulting, Inc.

On Thursday, August 31, 2017, Northern Engineering & Consulting, Inc. (NECI), celebrated James Garrigan's retirement from the company he and Wally Gladstone founded 20 years ago. More importantly they celebrated his 55 year legacy of working to help advance Tribal Transportation programs across Indian Country to what they are today.

NECI are proud to have had him as their leader, mentor and friend and will continue to call on him for advice and guidance whenever he has free time from his new gig as a full time fisherman.
