Flathead River Rodeo Indian National Rodeo Finals focused on youth

POLSON — Youngsters thrilled audiences this year at the Flathead River Indian National Rodeo Finals. The sixth annual Indian Nationals Finals Rodeo Flathead River tour rodeo showcased younger talent with five out of 13 events in Jr. bull riding, Jr. breakaway, and Jr. and Tiny Tot barrel racing.
Pete White, owner of Pistol Creek Rodeo and 2017 Flathead River Rodeo organizer, said the Flathead River Rodeo worked to involve the future generation to continue the sport.
