Report ranks Kentucky public schools 27th nationally

While school shopping with her twin girls Monday morning at Richmond's Walmart, Wanda Andrews said she wasn't surprised to learn that Kentucky schools were ranked higher in public education than her home state of West Virginia.

It's why the Andrews family moved here three months ago.
