Cultural Center Focuses on Native American Heritage, Art

DULUTH, Minn. — A building that celebrates Native American art and culture in Duluth now has a new name.
The building on 2nd street in Duluth, formerly known as Trepanier Hall is now the Dr. Robert Powless Cultural Center, a dedication made official at a ribbon cutting earlier today.
