SLOT TECHNICIAN (GY)

LOCATION: Seven Clans Casinos –Thief River Falls, MN

CLOSES: July 04, 2017

POSITION OBJECTIVES

Under the general supervision of the prevailing Supervisor is responsible to conduct preventative maintenance and repair slot machines for GRAVE YARD SHIFT Seven Clans Casino TRF.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Troubleshoots and locates problems in slot machines and makes necessary repairs, following outlined procedures.

 Coordinates with affected departments the moving, installation, conversion and/or upgrades of machines within the Casino.

 Computes jackpot or hopper fills and pays jackpots as verified by slot machine readout when needed.

 Prepares appropriate paperwork for cage transactions. Ensures accuracy of paperwork for cash transactions.

 Describe features of games and assists customers by explaining games or other pertinent information.

 Troubleshoots and locates problems in slot machines and makes appropriate repairs.

 Responsible for general slot machine maintenance and preventative maintenance.

 Discusses machine malfunctions with vendors to assist in identifying problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

It is required the Slot Technician have at least a High School Diploma or GED with electronics or a working knowledge of slot machines preferred. Must meet the Red Lake Gaming Commission license requirements.
