Recent developments in the legal dispute between the Northern Arapaho Tribe and federal government on the Wind River Reservation in central Wyoming suggest a resolution may not be near after all.
The tribe and the Bureau of Indian Affairs moved to settle in March, after a federal judge ruled in favor of the Arapaho in several key aspects of the case last fall that deals with how federal money is distributed to the tribes.
