Hearing continued in tribal embezzlement case

A plea hearing for one of three defendants in an embezzlement case has been continued until July 5.

Barbara Kirk, 65, was set to enter a plea in federal court in Aberdeen Tuesday to charges of felony conspiracy to commit theft from a tribal organization.
