Martin Edmo Ish is accused of beating Lorne Red Elk at the Pocatello bar in 2009. The chase had gone cold and police finally made an arrest six years later. Today the state rested with their witnesses and it’s now the defense’s turn to put on their witnesses. KPVI learned that Pocatello police had questioned another man, who is sitting in a federal prison in Oregon right now.
