Tribe pulling out stops to tackle meth plague

EAGLE BUTTE, S.D. (KOTA TV) The methamphetamine wave crashing over South Dakota is snaring people even in the state's remote rural areas.

In one such area, the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, local authorities are using every tool they can find to fight the plague – from modern law enforcement techniques to centuries old traditions.
