Red Lake Middle School Students compete in Northwest Regional History Day Competition hosted by BSU

On March 6, 2017, students from Red Lake Middle School competed in the Northwest Regional History Day Competition hosted by Bemidji State University. Schools from around the area competed including Bagley Jr. Sr. High School, Bemidji Middle School, Mitchell Academy, Northland Community Schools, Cass Lake-Bena Middle School, and Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig School. History Day projects related to the theme, "Taking a Stand in History." Nine projects from Red Lake Middle School competed; each of the nine projects received an award, with seven projects advancing to State History Day at the University of Minnesota in April. Congratulations to all the students for their hard work.
