Former Acting Clinical Director of Pine Ridge Hospital Indicted on Sexual Abuse Charges

RAPID CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA — Dr. Stanley Patrick Weber, 68, has been arrested and charged with 10 felonies that include five counts of aggravated sexual abuse, four counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of sexual abuse for incidents over a 13-year period involving American Indian children under 16-years-old.

Weber, a retired pediatrician, served as acting clinical director of the Pine Ridge Hospital, an Indian Health Service facility on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, for a couple of years.
