CONFERENCE AMMOUNCEMENT! "HONORING ELDER WISDOM: LIVING WELL WITH DEMENTIA IN NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITIES"

Northwoods Caregivers is excited to announce an upcoming conference entitled Honoring Elder Wisdom: Living Well with Dementia in Native American Communities. This is a one-day conference at Northern Lights Events Center in Walker, MN on April 3rd, 2017 from 8am – 5pm. The conference includes national and Minnesota speakers, and is targeted for people living with dementia, family caregivers, elders, students, service providers, and medical and other professionals.
