Tribe re-elects three councilmembers

SILETZ — Three sitting members of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians Tribal Council will continue to serve until 2020 following an election held on Saturday, Feb. 4.

Robert Kentta, of Logsden, has served on the council since 2005 and was re-elected with 397 votes. Loraine Butler, of Siletz, was reelected with 360 votes after serving 12 years. Gloria Ingle, a three-year council member from Lincoln City, earned 349 votes.
