Pyramid Lake flood damages are $11M, but lake is rising

While the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe is pleased to see its lake rising, it comes at a cost.

The tribe estimates that it will have to dish out about $3.9 million to cover the damage done to local roadways, ditches and the lake's shorelines after heavy rainfall in January and February, according to tribal officials.
