Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Election Results

Tribal Council Chairman Cedric Cromwell and Vice-Chairwoman Jessie “Little Doe” Baird were re-elected today by the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe.

With 674 tribal citizens casting ballots in today’s election, Cromwell will begin his third, four-year term as head of the Tribe’s government as the Tribe looks to move forward in securing tribal lands and completing construction of First Light Resort & Casino in Taunton.
