Attorneys for man accused of sex crimes request some charges dismissed, evidence thrown out

BAGLEY—Attorneys defending a Clearwater County man accused of molesting two children have asked a judge to dismiss five of the six counts against him, and to suppress any evidence obtained as a result of three search warrants.

Andrew George Damann, 37, was charged in August with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of possession of pornographic work involving minors.
