Bemidji man charged with, arrested for possession of child porn

BEMIDJI—A Bemidji man was charged with two felonies Jan. 6 and arrested Friday after his girlfriend allegedly found sexually suggestive videos of a 5-year-old girl on his cell phone.

Richard Dean Derby, 28, has been charged with use of minors in a sexual performance video and possession of pornographic work involving minors.
