Chase Iron Eyes faces 5-years in prison for felony 'Inciting a Riot'

On Wednesday, 76 arrests were made in Standing Rock after water protectors attempted to set up the ‘Last Child Camp.’ Among those arrested was Chase Iron Eyes.

North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, along with the Morton County Sheriff’s Department, and the Standing Rock Sioux tribal council have come to the conclusion that all “protest camps” need to be vacated and the “areas cleared for public safety and environmental protection before begins in early spring.”
