Minneapolis man gets life sentence for role in heroin operation

FARGO -- A Minneapolis man has been sentenced to life in prison for his his role in a heroin selling operation that focused on the Fargo-Moorhead area.

The sentence follows a trial in U.S. District Court for Michael Antwain Modisett, 34, also known as “MOE,” who was found guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of heroin.
