Tribes taking anti-pipeline protest to Pierre

PINE RIDGE, S.D. (KOTA TV) - The dispute over the oil pipeline slated to run under the Missouri River north of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation is coming to Pierre.

Sen. Troy Heinert (D-Mission) plans to introduce a resolution against construction of the pipeline, according to Scott Weston, the Oglala Lakota president.
