Report On Tragic School Bus Says Driver Apparently Had Deviated From Normal Route

A preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board on a wreck that killed six Woodmore Elementary School students said the bus apparently was off its normal route.

The brief report detailed how the tragic accident happened on curvy Talley Road in Brainerd on Nov.
