Trump ally who wished death on Obama is a school board member, and calls for his removal are growing
The co-chairman of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in New York, who wished death on President Obama in 2017, is a member of the Buffalo Board of Education — but that could soon change. There are calls for him to be forced off the board because of vile remarks he has made about the president and first lady.
Carl Paladino, a wealthy Republican businessman who says he is “friends” with Trump, was among a group of New Yorkers asked by the alternative newspaper Artvoice to answer questions about their wish list for the new year.
In response to a question about his biggest wish in 2017, Paladino said he hoped “Obama catches mad cow disease after being caught having relations” with a cow, then dies and is buried in a cow pasture. He also said he hopes Michelle Obama would “return to being a male and let loose in the outback of Zimbabwe where she lives comfortably in a cave with Maxie, the gorilla.”
