Dead body found in Shiprock home after fire

SHIPROCK, N.M. (AP) — Authorities say a dead body was found following a fire in a Shiprock home on the Navajo Indian reservation.

Tribal officials say an unidentified male's dead body was found after firefighters extinguished the fire Tuesday. The person's age was not specified.

The case will be investigated by tribal, state and federal authorities.
