WNBA speak at Wapato HS for Native American Heritage Month

Shoni Schimmel and her sister Jude Schimmel both WNBA stars came to Wapato High School today to remind students to fight for what they want.

They encouraged students to go after their passion even if it means moving out of the reservation.

"The reservation is always going to be there and so you can go out there and see the world and still come back to it, your family will still be there, still love you not any less and just to go out there and experience life to the fullest that's what it's all about," said Shoni Schimmel.
