Job Title: General Maintenance

(Position closes on December 2nd, 2016)

Duties:

• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of building including the offices of the Company's Corporate Office. Maintenance includes light bulb replacement, repair/replace damaged fixtures and window treatments such as blinds, shades, drapes.

• Gather and dispose of any waste and/or garbage inside the building.

• Gather and dispose of any waste and/or garbage at Trading Post on a daily basis, including weekends if needed.

• Maintain the grounds of Corporate Office and clean the exterior of the building, which includes washing the windows.

• Clean/buff flooring in the entrance, hallways, bathrooms, offices and conference room.

• Assist other enterprises of the Company with their cleaning and maintenance needs.

• Mow lawn during the summer and plow during the winter at all Enterprises.

• Shovel snow and lay down salt at all Enterprises during the winter months.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

It is required that the General Maintenance employee have a high school education or general education degree (GED) with maintenance experience preferred.

General Maintenance employee must possess a Valid Driver's License with an insured vehicle as the position requires travel with mileage reimbursement.
