Family members of Native American man who was beaten calling it a "hate crime"

Byron Russell says his grandfather, James, was severely beaten Thursday night after three people thought he was the driver responsible for a crash.

Russell says they followed James home to Red Clay State Park.

He's a Native American and park ranger there.
