Special agents with the Department of the Interior planned to be in Kansas starting Monday to interview employees of Haskell Indian Nations University who filed complaints of nepotism, retaliation and other inappropriate practices at that school.
Emails obtained by The Topeka Capital-Journal and conversations with members of the Haskell community indicate at least three people have been contacted by the DOI’s Office of Inspector General regarding their complaints and at least two special agents are visiting Lawrence this week.
