Authorities say DAPL Security Member was a Victim of Crime

Authorities say a member of DAPL security disguised as a protester last week is a victim of a crime and not a suspect.

KX caught the event on camera last Thursday.

A press release from Morton County says the man was told to check and photograph construction equipment.
