2nd man accused in tribal member's death arraigned

NEW LONDON — The second man accused in the 2006 beating death of a Groton father of five was arraigned Monday.

Christopher Vincenti, a 32-year-old New London electrician, appeared in New London Superior Court on a charge of felony murder in the death of Anthony Hamlin.

Vincenti’s arrest on Friday came a week after the Oct. 6 arrest of Timothy Johnson, of Norwich, on the same charge.
