Highway 38, Pughole Lake to Marcell resurfacing and culvert replacement project schedule change announced

DULUTH, Minn. —The Minnesota Department of Transportation has announced a schedule change for the Highway 38 resurfacing and culvert replacement project. The project was originally scheduled to begin in summer 2017, however the start date has been changed to summer 2018 because of delays related to right-of-way acquisition.
