Woman brings complaint against Thunder Bay police after disparaging comments about Indigenous people

In July, the City of Thunder Bay asked a facilitator to work with police to sensitize them to missing and murdered Indigenous women, residential schools and treaties.

The facilitator says some of the officers in the course were doing everything but paying attention.

One even questioned her about the numbers of Indigenous women who have gone missing.
