Myron Doyle Wade, 60, of Rice Lake, MN, died on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Rice Lake Community Center in Rice Lake, MN. A wake will begin on Wednesday evening, August 17, 2016 at the Community Center. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with the arrangements.

He was born August 13, 1956 in White Earth, MN, the son of Sylvester Shingobe and Joan Wade. When he was finished with school, he went to work in the Twin Cities, working at the Regency Plaza hotel doing laundry. Later, he worked at Giltex Enterprises, and then at Collage Video. He moved back north near Rice Lake eventually, and then to Ebro with his aunt, Marie. He was a homebody, preferring to stay at home with his beloved pet dogs rather than going out. He enjoyed watching TV, primarily the SyFy Channel and wrestling.

He is survived by his children, Myron Boswell and Kelly Ann Boswell; 8 grandchildren; his siblings, Kenneth Wade, Rhonda Engberg, and other sisters in Kansas; his aunts, Cecelia Byrd, Marie Byrd, and many other aunts and uncles; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester Shingobe and Joan Wade; his grandparents; his brothers, Brian and Robert Wade; his aunts, Daisy Auginaush, Josie Johnson, and Leatrice Barnes; and some nieces, nephews, and cousins.
