Pine Ridge man killed in shooting

Authorities on Tuesday began investigating the fatal shooting of a man on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

Todd Little Bull died after being shot between Monday evening and Tuesday morning, said FBI spokesman Jeff Van Nest. Further details on the victim and the incident were not immediately available, he said.

The FBI is conducting a criminal investigation together with officers of the Oglala Sioux Tribe police and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
