Beverly J. Neadeau (Migiziikwe – Eagle Woman), 67 of Red Lake, MN died Monday, July 25, 2016 at Red Lake Hospital.

Traditional funeral services will begin at 10:00 on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Little Rock Center in Red Lake, MN. A wake will begin at 5:00 pm, Thursday, July 28, 2016 at the Little Rock Center and continue until the time of the service. Interment will be at the St. Mary's Cemetery in Red Lake, MN under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji.

She was born August 24, 1948 in Red Lake, MN the daughter of John Lajeunesse and Virginia Neadeau. She was the kind of person who put everyone else first. She worked various jobs, but her main concern was always her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed taking long rides to the casino, pow wows and berry picking. She was fondly known as the mayor of Clearwater.

She is survived by her daughter Jackie (George Stately) Neadeau; son Steve Neadeau, Sr .; grandchildren Koreen Neadeau, Shantelle Neadeau Whittington, Tyler Cloud, Kyle Cloud, Sr. and Steve Neadeau, Jr .; brothers Willard Lajeunesse and John Neadeau; sister Rita Neadeau; special sister Shirley Lussier; great grandchildren Khaloni Freemont, Lily Freemont, Quincy Machen, Quaylana Whittington, Kyle Cloud, Jr. and Paco Cloud; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Thelma Bagley and brothers Tony and Pete Neadeau and Leroy Lorentzon; grandchild Tory John Cloud; great grandchild Romeo Cloud and several aunts and uncles.

Honorary Casketbearers will be Diane Roy, Sherri Good, Shirley Lussier, Melba Roy, Wanda Parkhurst, Ashley Neadeau, Bonnie Jourdain, Mindy Hill, Sherilyn Benais Neadeau, Patty Johnson and Gina Jourdain.

Active Casketbearers will be Tyler Cloud, Craig Roy, Jr., Jesse Roy, Tony Neadeau, Jr., George Stately, Sr. and Merwin Hill. Alternates will be Kyle Cloud, Clayton Benais and Clarence Benais.
