FARGO – A woman who is accused of threatening to shoot her neighbor and police Wednesday night, July 13,prompting about a dozen officers to respond to her south Fargo home, was charged with felony terrorizing Thursday, July 14.

Just before 9 p.m. Wednesday, Clydean Harrington, 46, called emergency dispatchers and said she would fire a gun in her backyard and shoot at any officers who came to the home at 3019 35th Ave. S.
