Debra Sioux (Schoen) Beckett was born on December 3rd, 1976 at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, Minnesota to Patti Schoen and Dan GreyEagle. She was raised on Lower Sioux by Albert and Corinne Lucio. She was baptized at St. Cornelia's Bishop Whipple Mission in 1977. Debra attended Morton School and later obtained her GED. She later pursued her Associates Degree in Business. On June 27th, 1999 Debra married Matthew Beckett. Debra and Matthew have five children together, one daughter and four sons. She enjoyed cooking, beading, and spending time with her family and friends. She liked listening to old school R&B and Country Western. During her spare time she was always testing out new dessert recipes and different beading techniques. She was a very caring and loving mother, daughter and wife.

Debra is survived by her husband Matthew of 17 years; daughter Banashi Beckett, and her sons Matthew Beckett Jr., Hapana Beckett, Jarett Beckett, and Chayton Beckett; parents Dan GreyEagle and Patti Schoen; sisters Valerie GreyEagle, Danielle GreyEagle, Dee GreyEagle, and Lydia GreyEagle; brother Rogelio Uballe; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by Corinne Schoen, Albert Lucio, Barry Schoen, Lori Schoen, Robin Lussier Jr., and Ricardo Sanchez.
