Lt. Gov. Smith visits with northwest Minnesota resort owners

BEMIDJI -- Minnesota's Lt. Gov. Tina Smith visited the Bemidji area Wednesday to get a hands-on experience in the day in the life of resort owners.

Smith, who visited the Pimushe resort owned by Ed and Joanne Fussy and later met with a group of small northwest Minnesota resort owners for a roundtable discussion, said she made the trip to learn more about an important industry in the state's economy.
