U.S. Marshal deputy accused of peeping on teen in ND Target

BISMARCK -- A deputy U.S. Marshal has been arrested for allegedly peeping on a 16-year-old girl in a Target changing room.

Michael Rivera, 29, of Bismarck, was charged with criminal attempt in South Central District Court Monday.

Rivera has been placed on administrative leave pending the investigation, U.S. Marshal Paul Ward said.
