BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Trial has been delayed more than two months for a man accused of killing one man and critically injuring another on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.
Dallas Thundershield's attorney, Fargo-based Assistant Federal Public Defender Christopher Lancaster, said in court documents that he needs more time to prepare, including time to travel to the northwestern North Dakota reservation.
