LDS church faces fourth lawsuit for alleged sexual abuse of Native American children

A new lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in Navajo Nation Tribal Court against the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). Members of the group allegedly sexually abused Native American children who were participants of their Indian Placement Program nearly 30 years ago.

"This can't be swept under the rug," the man, identified in court papers as "LK," told FOX 13.
