Augsburg College honoring American Indian college grads

Augsburg College in Minneapolis recently held a celebration for American Indian College graduates from Minnesota. A call went out on Facebook inviting all American Indian graduates to attend the 30th Annual American Indian Graduation Banquet.

All tolled, 86 American Indian graduates and their families were honored for earning Certificates, Associates, Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees from schools in Minnesota and North Dakota. Reporter Melissa Townsend talked with some of the graduates and family members at the event.
