BIA officer pleads not guilty to kidnapping, gun charges
CHEYENNE, Wyo. - A U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs police officer has pleaded not guilty to federal charges of kidnapping and brandishing a gun during a violent crime.
William Arthur Curran pleaded not guilty Wednesday before U.S. Magistrate Kelly Rankin in Cheyenne.
Rankin set trial for July 18 before U.S. District Judge Alan B. Johnson in Cheyenne.
