Dayton open to special session: Two Bemidji bonding projects will have second chance if legislators reconvene

ST. PAUL -- Two Bemidji bonding projects may have another opportunity to get state funding, as Gov. Mark Dayton said he's open to bringing legislators back to St. Paul for a special session.

During a conference call with news outlets Wednesday, Dayton told reporters he's willing to meet with the four caucuses at the Legislature to schedule a special session if the parties agree to certain requirements.
