Gas station on Kawacatoose First Nation leads to $100K fine

The Kawacatoose First Nation will have to pay a fine of $100,000 after pleading guilty last fall in provincial court.

The fine is the minimum allowed by the federal environment ministry, when it comes to a failure to abide by an environmental protection compliance order issued in Oct., 2015.
