Pine Ridge man sentenced to 2 years for sexual abuse of teen girl

A Pine Ridge man was sentenced in Rapid City federal court Monday to two years in prison for child sexual abuse while his teenage victim sat listening several feet away.

Isaac L. Roubideaux, 24, had pleaded guilty earlier to sexual abuse of a minor as a result of a sexual encounter when he was 21 and the female victim was 13. The incident happened at his home in Pine Ridge on Oct. 27, 2013, according to court documents.
